Isa Builds is run by Isa Dagestani in Alanya, Türkiye. This page explains what I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Questions go to hello@isabuilds.com.
What I collect
- The preview form: your name, business name, email, and anything else you choose to add, such as a phone number, city or message.
- The chat: your messages, the page you wrote from, and your email if you leave it.
- Payments: your email, business name, the plan and the payment status. Card details go straight to Stripe and crypto payments to the crypto processor; I never see or store card numbers.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept for up to 30 days to keep the site secure.
Public business information
To build previews, I use what businesses publish themselves, such as the name, address, phone, hours and reviews on a Google Business Profile. If I contacted you about your business and you'd like me to delete the preview or stop writing, reply to any of my emails and I will.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no ads or third-party trackers. Your browser's local storage remembers your light or dark theme choice and your chat conversation, on your device only.
Why I use it
To reply to you, build your preview, deliver and host your website, take payment, and keep the records tax law requires. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it for me
The server that hosts this site, my email provider, Telegram (form and chat messages reach me there), Stripe and the crypto processor for payments, and Cloudflare for the site's network. Each gets only what it needs to do its job.
How long I keep it
Form and chat messages are deleted 12 months after our last contact. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@isabuilds.com. I reply within 30 days.
