Terms

Last updated November 7, 2026

These terms cover websites and care plans from Isa Builds, run by Isa Dagestani in Alanya, Türkiye. By paying for a website or a care plan, you agree to them. Questions go to hello@isabuilds.com.

The free preview

The preview costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you don't want it, you owe nothing, and I delete it within 45 days.

The website, $497

One payment covers the design, build and launch on your domain, one round of edits before launch, and 12 months of hosting. You pay only after you approve the preview. Your site goes live within 48 hours of payment, once I have what I need to connect your domain. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

The care plan, $39 a month

The care plan is optional and billed monthly by card. It covers hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, and edits within 48 hours: text, photos, hours, prices and services. Redesigns and new features are quoted separately. Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for.

After 12 months

You can keep your site hosted through the care plan, or I send you your files to host anywhere you like.

Ownership

Once you've paid, the site's design, text and files are yours, and your domain stays in your name. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you send me.

Refunds

If your site isn't live within 7 days of payment for a reason on my side, you get a full refund. After launch the website payment isn't refundable, and care plan months already paid aren't refunded.

Content and liability

I can refuse to build or host content that is illegal or misleading. I work to keep every site online, but I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost business, and my total liability is limited to what you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date. Changes never affect a payment you've already made.
